2025 was an exciting year for us and our partners – a year full of connections, fresh insights, and meaningful inspiration.
Projects like Trans-Nation Co-Creation have shown just how powerful international collaboration can be: we bring together players from Germany with Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem, creating a springboard for new ideas and action. In November, we took part in the Falling Walls Science Summit in Berlin – the global conference celebrating breakthroughs in science and innovation – where we hosted leadership discussions as the kickoff for the program’s next phase.
The Job Lab at Leuphana University Lüneburg is driving us toward the future: working alongside employers, employees, associations, and researchers, we’re developing innovative job profiles that reflect today’s work and life realities while opening up new opportunities.
Our focus for 2026: artificial intelligence in organizations. Will AI become the “new employee”? What does that mean for leadership, organization, and skills? We’re set to explore these questions – hands-on, constructive, and building on everything we learned from our research in 2025.
In short: in 2026, we’ll continue working right where innovation happens – at the intersection of science, business, and government.
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season – we look forward to an inspiring new year together!
